How do I remove the age restrictions on my account?
At Virgin Mobile we’re dedicated to looking after our customers in a socially responsible way. You can use ‘parental control’ to limit access to sites that are only suitable for people who are 18 or over.
If youʼd like to change the ‘parental control’ setting, then simply log in to Your Account from a computer and select ‘parental control’.
Weʼll ask you to confirm some details so we can check that youʼre 18 or over and once this is done weʼll make the change. (This usually takes around two hours but sometimes it can take a little longer.)
